Cost is $100. per hour (plus $30. for the hats) She can do approx. 10-12 hats per hour, so that works out to around $11. per hat.
Note: Hand Painted hats on Ebay & Etsy usually go from $20-$30. each! So this is a great price. Plus your guests walk away with a custom hand-painted hat to remember your awesome party!
